Klinik Sanssouci does not have its own parking lot for visitors. In addition to a few parking spaces on the street, there is a publicly accessible parking garage just a 5-minute walk away at the Dorint Hotel Sanssouci (for a fee).

Visiting hours are daily from 3pm to 8pm. Only one visitor per patient per day is allowed. Please be aware of our corona related restrictions.

Since the number of corona infections is declining again, the following applies: No obligation to wear an FFP2 mask.

You will not be tested for corona with a rapid test. However, if you are showing severe symptoms, we will test you.

Since 01.03.2023 you can visit your relatives again from Monday to Sunday between 3pm and 6pm. Please note that only 1 visitor per day is allowed.

Free wifi is available all over the building.

Please plan to vacate your room no later than 10am.

You can let us know any eating preferences and/or allergies in advance and we will accommodate them.

Each room has a lockable closet. Please note that there is no insurance coverage for your valuables.

Yes, towels are available.

Even as a patient with statutory health insurance (GKV patient), you can have a surgery with us. Whether the costs are covered by your insurance depends on a variety of factors, which we will gladly explain to you. Please send us an e-mail or give us a call!

We take care of a seamless and needs-oriented transition from inpatient hospitalization to further inpatient or outpatient areas of medical care.

In order to implement this discharge management, as prescribed for patients with statutory health insurance under Section 39 of the German Social Security Code (Sozialgesetzbuch V), we consult with our patients at the time of admission about the support they are likely to need after discharge.

The prerequisite for the implementation of discharge management is the patient’s consent.

Your arrival time depends on the time of the surgery. Please call us the day before the surgery.

Each patient has a detailed consultation with one of our experienced anesthesiologists in advance. This takes place at least 24 hours before the surgery.

You can be sure that every anesthesia will be performed by an experienced anesthesiologist who will also personally care for you during the entire anesthesia period.
