New Team Member in June 2025: Klinik Sanssouci Welcomes a New Colleague to the Patient Reception Team

Since June 1, 2025, our newest team member has joined the reception staff at Klinik Sanssouci.

Together with her colleagues, Steffi Herfurth now welcomes patients both at the clinic’s central reception and in the adjacent consultation center. As the first point of contact for patients and their families, our reception team provides a warm welcome, smooth processes, and ensures that everyone feels well cared for from the very beginning.

So far this year, more than 1,020 patients have been personally welcomed by our reception team — we extend our sincere appreciation to the team for their outstanding work!

We’re excited to have Steffi Herfurth on board and look forward to working together to further strengthen our position as a modern specialist clinic known for exceptional patient satisfaction.

Consultation Center at Klinik Sanssouci: Personal Consultation Before Surgery

Opened in January 2022, the Klinik Sanssouci Consultation Center plays a key role in our patient care approach.
In a calm and professional environment, many patients have their first personal interaction with our clinic here.

Our attending specialists offer individual consultations – for example, in preparation for surgery or during anesthesia briefings for planned inpatient stays. The center also hosts our second-opinion consultation for endoprosthetics.
Its direct connection to the clinic allows for short distances and coordinated care built on trust and transparency.
