Klinik Sanssouci’s Quality Management System Recertified

An independent audit confirms that Klinik Sanssouci’s quality management system meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Klinik Sanssouci has been operating a certified quality management system since 2005. This system is regularly reviewed through independent audits and subsequently recertified.

Our quality management system ensures that key processes at our clinic are clearly defined, regularly reviewed, and continuously improved. These include, among other things, clearly defined responsibilities, standardized workflows, and patient safety measures. In this way, we lay the foundation for safe, reliable, and high-quality care.

As part of the current recertification process, the clinic’s processes were once again comprehensively reviewed by external auditors. The review confirmed that our quality management system meets the requirements of the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and is effectively implemented in the clinic’s day-to-day operations. Particular emphasis was placed on the further development of our structures, risk management, and the continued documentation and standardization of processes. The certificate is valid for another three years.

In recent years, we have systematically refined our quality management system. Our successful recertification demonstrates that our quality management system is firmly established in our daily clinical practice. This enables us to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality care to our patients.
